This Masterclass was all about courage. We explored the science of fear with Clinical Psychologist Nishie, how the brain responds to perceived threats, and the subtle ways self-sabotage can show up.

To close, Gabi guided us through a grounding meditation to help regulate the nervous system and connect with our higher self.

This worksheet was designed to help us get honest about where fear shows up—and how courage can meet us there. Through gentle prompts and reflective practices, we explored our patterns, set supportive intentions, and chose one brave step to commit to.
