Accredited in Spiritus Breathwork, she creates journies designed to create moments of release through, conscious breath practice. She helps women reconnect to themselves; blending Eastern and Western wisdom, empowering authentic self-expression in a supportive collective.
Sinead
Sinead is a healer, meditation teacher, and facilitator with a background in psychology, dedicated to guiding womxn through deep self-discovery. She blends expertise in energetic wellbeing, healing and guided meditation to help women feel more connected to their bodies. Her approach integrates modern practices with ancient wisdom to enable personal transformation.
Peta
Peta, founder of Grow Girl Grow and certified Reiki practitioner, brings a unique blend of psychology and holistic wellness to create meaningful experiences for women. She curates spaces that invite reflection, growth, and self-connection. Peta’s approach weaves together science-backed practices, somatic healing, and mindful community, to help women foster genuine connections, collectively heal and discover tools for a balanced, fulfilling life.

Yes! We offer a flexible 2-part or 3 month payment plan to help make the retreat more accessible. You can secure your spot with an initial deposit. Please email us to set up your payment plan at info@growgirlgrow.net

Our retreat is designed for all women, women-identifying and non-binary people who are interested in self-development, healing, deeper connection & building aligned community.
All ages are welcome - the majority of our community are between 25-45.

Yes! This retreat is a space designed for you to connect and make new likeminded (kindred) connections. You are also welcome to join with a friend.

No prior experience for breathwork or reiki is needed! All sessions are guided and open to all experience levels, so you can fully enjoy and participate at your own pace.

We’ll ask you to bring a few items closer to the date, but essentials include comfortable clothing and any items that help you feel grounded and relaxed.

Because we have limited numbers, we can offer change of mind (refund or exchange) up until 5 days before the retreat. After this time we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

Our Lunch & Snacks catering will offer Gluten-Free and Vegan options, if you have any other specific allergies or dietaries you can let us know and we can work to accomodate

Our venue is located at Camilo House, best option is to drive - private transport can be arranged at an extra fee or we can connect you with a buddy for car pooling if you would prefer that.
